Who we are

Nutec Wendy ("we", "us") builds Nutec homes, Wendy houses and log homes in Gauteng. You can reach us on 083 206 5190 or at info@nutecwendy.co.za.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, when you:

• send us a message on WhatsApp, which may include your name, phone number, location, project details and photos
• call us, which gives us your phone number and any details you share on the call
• email us, which gives us your email address and the contents of your email

Our quote form does not send information to our servers. It builds a WhatsApp message on your device. We receive your details only if you send that message.

Website analytics: this website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

Why we use it

• to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote
• to plan and carry out work you ask us to do
• to contact you about your quote or project
• to keep records we are legally required to keep

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Sharing

We share information only where it is needed to deliver your project, for example with transport or installation partners, or where the law requires it. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for your enquiry or project, and for any period required by law.

Your rights

Under POPIA you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, and to correct or delete it. You can also object to how we use it. To make a request, email info@nutecwendy.co.za.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
